Dr Nikki Dunne accepts an award for excellence in PPI

🏆 Celebrations for SYNERG-IE!
Today in RCSI, Dr Nikki Dunne accepted an award for excellence in PPI for the SYNERG-IE programme at RCSI Research Day 2025! We were thrilled the judges noted how deeply PPI is embedded throughout our research.
The award was in recognition of Public and Patient Involvement in a Research Project. Our poster titled ‘Embedding Public and Patient Involvement in Sjögren’s Disease Research: Insights from the SYNERG-IE Programme’ was created by Dr Nikki Dunne, Gráinne Tynan and Alanna Drury.
